This website is operated by Maritec Nautical Services LLC under the trade name MARITEC Yacht Survey & Advisory.

The practice provides independent technical advisory services for yachts: surveys and inspections, acquisition consulting, owner representation, refit and project management, and technical yacht management. Each engagement is defined by a written scope agreed before work begins; nothing on this website constitutes an offer to perform services on particular terms.

The practice is not a law firm, yacht brokerage, insurance adjuster, classification society, naval architecture firm, or licensed employment agency, and nothing on this site or in an engagement should be read as those services.

Content on this website is general information about the practice and the yacht industry. It is not technical, legal, financial, or insurance advice for any particular vessel or transaction, and it does not create an advisory relationship. Advice is given only within a written engagement.

These website terms do not by themselves create a contractual or advisory relationship. Engagement-specific terms (including scope limitations, report ownership, third-party reliance, liability, and dispute resolution) are set out in the written engagement agreement for each engagement, which governs in case of any difference.

Client portal access, where provided, is by invitation only, to clients of the practice. Portal accounts are personal; credentials must not be shared, and access may be suspended or withdrawn where necessary to protect the service or its data. Use of the portal is governed by these terms together with the engagement agreement.

The content of this website (text, design, and original graphics) belongs to the practice and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission. Ownership and permitted use of survey reports and other deliverables are addressed in the engagement agreement, not by this page.
