Yacht production and technical delivery
Commissioned and delivered imported yachts, with responsibility for systems checks, defect resolution, and warranty support through handover to the owner.
Late 1990s – 2000s
Engineering and command afloat
Served aboard private motor yachts as engineer and later as captain, operating across the Americas and the Caribbean. The work required direct responsibility for machinery, maintenance, crew, operations, and vessel delivery.
2000s
Production management
Production management within yacht manufacturing. The role included coordination between engineering, production teams, and quality control throughout the build process.
2000s – 2010s
Captain and project manager, 50-meter custom motor yacht
Combined command and project responsibility for a large custom motor yacht with a full professional crew, covering operations, yard periods, budgets, and owner reporting.
2010s
New-build and refit oversight at European shipyards
Owner-side technical oversight of construction and refit projects at established European yards, including preparation for classification surveys and supervision of survey attendance.
