This site uses first-party storage only. There are no advertising pixels, no cross-site behavioral advertising, and no third-party analytics libraries on any page.

Storage falls into two groups. Necessary storage makes the site work: signing in, remembering your language, applying the session-timeout policy, and remembering the cookie choice you make. Optional measurement records how you found us, and runs only if you accept it.

Necessary storage cannot be switched off in the preferences dialog. It keeps you signed in, remembers your language, applies the session-timeout policy that protects an unattended browser, and records the cookie choice you made, including a choice to reject optional measurement.

Your browser can still block or clear this storage through its own settings. If you do, signing in and the language preference will stop working as expected, and the site will ask for your cookie choice again.

Optional measurement is not a cookie: nothing is written to your browser for it. When it is enabled and you have accepted it, sending an inquiry form saves a separate record of the page you arrived on, the site that referred you, any campaign tags in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), which kind of form you sent, and when.

The record holds no name, no email address, and no visitor identifier, and no key ties it to the inquiry you sent, though the time it records could in principle be matched against one. It is read only as totals by channel, to understand which channels bring people to the practice. No browsing history is stored, no profile is built, and nothing is shared with an advertising network.

If you reject optional measurement, or withdraw it later, no such record is written and the forms continue to work exactly as before. A form is never delayed or blocked because measurement is unavailable.

The sign-in session cookie comes from Supabase, the authentication and database service behind the client portal. Its lifetime follows that service's session and refresh policy, not a period set here. This site is hosted by Vercel, and email replies are sent through Resend; neither places advertising or analytics storage in your browser.

Select Cookie settings in the footer of any public page, including this one, to reopen the preferences dialog and change or withdraw your choice. A change takes effect immediately, on the next form you submit.

Your choice is recorded for 180 days, after which the site asks again rather than assuming the answer still holds. Clearing your browser storage also clears the record, and the site will ask again.

This notice may be revised. If the categories or their meaning change, the stored record of your choice is retired and you are asked again rather than carried over.
